He retired as Chief Manager from Bank of Baroda, where he held key roles across various banking verticals, contributing significantly to operations, credit, compliance, and customer service.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pugalenthi has mentored numerous young bankers, guiding them through the evolving challenges of the industry. Known for his clarity of thought and student-friendly teaching style, he has a passion for simplifying complex banking concepts.
