With over 32 years of distinguished service in the banking sector, Mr. Pugalenthi G brings a wealth of knowledge, practical experience, and a deep understanding of the Indian banking landscape. He retired as Chief Manager from Bank of Baroda, where he held key roles across various banking verticals, contributing significantly to operations, credit, compliance, and customer service.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pugalenthi has mentored numerous young bankers, guiding them through the evolving challenges of the industry. Known for his clarity of thought and student-friendly teaching style, he has a passion for simplifying complex banking concepts.
His mission is to empower aspiring and existing bankers to upskill, grow in their careers, and succeed in IIBF exams with ease.
